The Institute of Skills Development (ISD), Jamia Hamdard is committed to promoting industry-oriented skill education and employability enhancement programmes for students, working
professionals and lifelong learners. In line with the vision of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, ISD – Jamia Hamdard is offering a range of Online Certificate Programmes in
collaboration with various Sector Skill Councils such as the Logistics Sector Skill Council, BFSI Sector Skill Council of India and other industry-led Sector Skill Councils.
These programmes are designed to provide learners with industry-relevant knowledge, practical understanding, and employability-oriented skills across diverse sectors. The programmes are suitable
for students pursuing degree programmes in any discipline, fresh graduates, and working professionals seeking upskilling and career advancement opportunities.
Programme Delivery – Online Mode
All Certificate Programmes offered by ISD – Jamia Hamdard under this initiative shall be delivered primarily through Online Mode. Learners will be provided access to a dedicated Learning
Management System (LMS) for pursuing their selected programmes.

Programme Structure
The Certificate Programmes are structured into multiple modules designed by industry experts and aligned with current industry standards and occupational requirements. Learners can access the LMS throughout the programme period and complete the required learning hours online.

Learners shall earn Academic Credits of 2 (Two) per course on successful completion of the programme requirements and qualifying the examination.
Programme Duration
The duration of the Online Certificate Programme shall be six months (180 days) from the date of registration.
Examination
Candidates appearing for the examination must successfully qualify the final examination in order to be eligible for the award of the Completion Certificate. In the event that a candidate is unable to clear the examination in the first attempt, he/she shall be required to pay the prescribed examination fee again for reappearing in the examination.
The Completion Certificate shall be jointly issued by Jamia Hamdard and the respective Sector Skill Council only upon the successful completion and qualification of the final examination.
